Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent sell their project in Hollywood Hills West

Set on nearly a quarter of an acre, the remodeled Spanish-style home has a Hollywood pedigree that includes prolific producer Frank Konigsberg and, before him, playwright John Wexley of “The Last Mile” fame. Berkus and Brent bought the property in 2015 for $2.36 million, records show.

The roughly 3,600-square-foot house includes a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a formal dining room, an office/den, five bedrooms and five bathrooms. White stone countertops and subway tile liven the new-look kitchen.

Outdoors, stone pathways wind through various patios, sitting areas and raised garden beds. A swimming pool and a garage with a separate studio also lie within the grounds.

The 45-year-old Berkus gained fame for his home makeovers on “The Oprah Winfrey Show.” He previously hosted the home improvement competition series “American Dream Builders” and was an executive producer on the film “The Help” (2011).

Brent, 32, is the host of the Emmy-winning series “Home Made Simple.” He and Berkus will appear together on the upcoming TLC series “Married to Design: Nate & Jeremiah.”
